Fall Fashion

I must admit I love to be on trend for fashion. What I love most about this year’s trends are 2 things:

1. There are more staple wardrobe pieces that you will not just wear once or twice

2. You can find some of them at your local secondhand store (or still in you closet from last time).

From the list below I have a favorite that I plan to wear weekly, a work favorite and a color favorite.

WEAR WEEKLY: I plan to live in chunky, oversized cable knit sweaters and cardigans. Whether it be for work with skinny pants or on the weekends with leggings. This trend suits me just fine anytime. Cozy and comfortable and forgiving!!!

WORK FAVORITE: My work favorite is going to be the tonal tailoring. I have never been much of a matchy, matchy type of girl but I am loving the all one color blazer layered with same color bodysuit or tank and same color pants. This is a very clean and classy look. I have already started doing it even with sweatshirts and joggers! I’m telling you, it will make you look more tall and slender!

COLOR FAVORITE: My favorite color for fall with be the lavender! This color makes me feel younger and fresh. From shoes to accessories, I plan to buy lots of light purple.

The only one that I am gonna have a hard time getting into are the rubber soled shoes. But, who am I kidding, I will be buying some and pretending like I love them. I won’t miss out on the trend.
